7th Pay Burden Report, Develop Fixed Pay Policy/ Contract Employee Gujarat Govt

Central Government Employee are satisfied after declaration of 7^th Pay Commission by the Central Government of India. But the State Government are not agreed for this declaration.  Therefore in the reference of this the Gujarat Government said that his state will not be able to afford pay scales of seventh pay commission. At present Gujarat State can’t afford any financial burden because this  report gives a unwanted  stress and financial problems in the state. The State Government also said that it is profitable that the 7^th pay commission panel recommendation will encourage a contract employment for reliving the government salary system.

Gujarat State Chief Minister Shi Narendra Modi cleared and give a  message to their state government employees that government can’t afford a burden of new pay recommendation. At present Gujarat Government not provide a 6^th pay commission recommendation but change some pattern and develop a fixed pay policy system. In this type state government is not get full salary against 6^th commission report or equivalent central government employees.
